'Service desk for check in was not friendly. When I entered my room to use the bathroom, the toilet was not working. Hand towel had been used and there was toilet paper in the toilet. Hand soap was also used. Went back to service desk to get a different room, attendant did not say sorry or do an upgrade. When we discussed parking, he had not given me the full information on how I would pay for the garage, etc. I picked this hotel because it was highly rated, but that was not my experience.'

'The staff were very kind and the room was spacious and clean. The pool was quite run down and the skimmer wasn’t working as there were a bunch of hairs floating in the pool. (Black hairs, my husband is ginger and I am blonde so it wasn’t ours). One of the pool ladders is loose and when I went to climb out it shifted and I hit my foot and fell back into the pool pretty hard.'
