'It all was easy. The lovely lady explained everything when I arrived. I could also read it on paper. This lovely lady could explain everything who and where to get anywhere.
That was so nice. The only thing I missed a bit was a proper switch to be able to charge my phone. Even that I was able to get at the shop so that was also totally fine and Lovely. Breakfast was taken care of.
Such a and caring Lady. Wish I could've stayed longer. I had an amazing time.

'We had a lovely stay, the room was beautifully decorated. Check-in staff were kind and the process was fast. The room itself had everything you might need with lush toiletries. Only minor downside was the water temperature and pressure, it took forever to heat up and didn't reach a temperature which I would like but that is of course personal. Breakfast was delicious and there were a lot of options. All in all can only reccommend. '

The springs in the tiny bed were so strong that even my friend's smallest movement made me jump up awake. There were no bedlights or nightstands, the cupboard wouldn't close, there was no space to sit at the useless desk, we had to shut off the light in the dark and then find our way to the bed. 'The low cost was the main attraction. It is literally a room in someones house but we were made very welcome. Be prepared to take off your shoes on entry. I had been traveling for many hours so my feet were nit quits fresh. The bed is very comfortable. The pool and spa is 1.5 miles away in a leisure centre so we didn’t bother'

'You must realize, Bianca House is NOT a hotel in the traditional sense. It is someone’s house. Once you get past this fact, it is a lovely place to stay! Taz (the owner) is an absolute gentleman who bends over backward to serve his guests. Highly recommended.'

"Het hotel ligt in een buitenwijk van Londen, in een wijk die best wat vervallen is. Voor een leuke pub moet je in ieder geval 10 minuten rijden, wij gingen naar de White Heart. Niet alle kamers waren goed schoongemaakt. De kamers zijn gehorig, je hoort je bovenburen, maar ook het verkeer en mensen die buiten lopen. Het ontbijt vond ik niet top. Wat weinig maar ook niet heel lekker. Het personeel is bijzonder aardig en de kamers zien er verder netjes uit. "
