'Apartment was as advertised. I enjoyed the modern kitchen. The apartment was very clean. If you are getting a parking space ask for number to text to open garage door which is on the side of building before you get there. It is within walking distance of Howard University.'

'Clean'

'The accommodation is in an old brownstone row-house with charm and located in a nice area close to good restaurant options and to the Woodley Street Metro station and bus stops serving downtown DC. Though old, the basic necessities are very clean and well maintained.'

'Its clean but no elevator - climbed the stairs to my 4th floor rental while carrying suitcase and backpack. Other than that, good value.'

'The place was safe and secure, quiet and really clean! Comfy also....nice comfy bed, hot shower and the location was close to TONS of eating/drinking....Maxwells wine bar, Ghost Burger, Lost and Found bar, great coffee places withinn walking --Joy coffee house. We will book again here, my brother was a 10 minute walk from us, so convenient!!'

'no one should have to sleep on a bed with that kind of a mattress. Place was not comfortable. Furniture was nearly destroyed. you can tell it everything in the Place list is cheap and I want to buy.'

'Beautiful big house. Two of the light fixtures didn't work but it didn't really affect our experience.'
