'This place hit all my basic requirements: comfy bed, natural linens, ice!, all the right cooking stuff including salt & pepper and oil, a grill, tissue; it's incredible how these simple things are not provided by most hosts. Unfortunately, we didn't get to try out the hot tub, but it looked lovely. A nice quiet, private space in a spectacular location. A great value!'

'The TV remote was not defaulted to channels that are subscribed to. I do not know if I was operating the minisplit correctly. I would have preferred the window treatments were better at blocking out light, particularly in the morning because I awoke too early. The bed was very comfortable and the minisplit cooled the area well enough after an hour.'

'Montezuma ruins are so close. Lots to do in the area & quiet accommodation. '

'The property is very nice, convenient location, nice outdoor space. We had two different issues, called the manager 2 times and texted him once. No response at all. If you have any problems here you might be on your own. Slightly dissapointing'

'It was clean, cozy, and in a beautiful setting. Tub drains a little slow and the hot tub is not as private from other unit as had hoped but still great! '

'As the title notes, this place is very historic and very cozy! Located within walking distance, if desired, from Old Town centrally located to the surrounding areas of Cottonwood and Clarkdale. Lin, our host was very accommodating and even alerted us to a local event the evening of our arrival.'

'Clean, Cozy, Serene little Casita . Kitchen was well stocked , great location I walked to the most beautiful sunrise every morning ! Lovely host who gave great recommendations and responsive to anything I needed! I will be returning soon '

'Where to start, the stunning views on the way down to the property, the convenient location that's close to town yet tucked away, or the wonderful casita itself.Linda was a wonderful host who was responsive, helpful, and most importantly, made us feel like we were truly guests in someones home. She provided excellent restaurant recommendations as well. The casita is so well decorated, clean, and well thought out. She even wrote out little post-it instructions on everything that could possibly be...

"Een uitstekende mogelijkheid van een zwembad voor volwassenen! Er zijn meerdere zwembaden aanwezig en het was prettig dat je de mogelijkheid hebt om rustig je rondjes te zwemmen!! Fantastisch gelegen met prachtige vergezichten. 1 minpuntje echter. Wanneer je korter dan 5 dagen verblijft wordt de kamer niet verschoond en worden er geen nieuwe handdoeken geleverd. Ook geen amenities worden er geleverd. Wanneer je 5 dagen of langere verblijft wordt het wel om de dag verschoond. Je kan wel altijd om nieuwe handdoeken, koffie ( die overigens erg goed is) vragen. Deze worden dan gebracht."
