'We verbleven in kamer met 2 slaapkamers. is als 2 appartementen. Ideaal met 2 tieners. Alles wat net en in orde. niet helemaal modern maar toch alles goed. Dit zijn appartementen en geen hotel en ook geen restaurant maar in de buurt zijn er genoeg eetgelegenheden. (steakhouse, chinees, golden corral, wendy's, starbucks, waffle house,...) Ook worden de kamers niet automatisch dagelijks gekuist. '

'We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this rental. The drive to Universal and Disney were not bad at all. Very safe gated community! Other people have complained about the people who live above but they were not that bad and even if they were it’s an apartment building so it’s normal. We had a great time and will likely stay here again!'

'Cute place! I enjoyed the pool. The bed was okay (but if you like firm mattresses you’d be comfortable). The shower was a little tricky to get warm water. The place was clean though and we appreciated being close to many attractions. '

'Apartment was great for what we needed and very clean. We didn’t get to use the amenities as much as we would have like but we will hopefully be back soon. The property backs up a lot at the main security gate especially around 5-6pm. However, there is an alternate entrance on the east side of the complex that we used instead to avoid it. '

'Property is great for the price. Clean and simple. Unit is on ground level. Good supply of basic toiletries, towels, washcloth etc for two people. Electric Cook top, microwave, kitchen sink, fridge. Air conditioning worked well. Beds in bedroom were comfy for us. Didn't use the sleeper bed in living room, so no reviews for that. Plenty of outlets. TV in living room and bedroom. Ceiling fan in the bedroom. There is a pool, a gym, and a paid wash & dry on property. Owner was quick to respond...

'This was everything as promised. Other than that the hot tub was not working all throughout our stay and the pool was closed for one day.Clean. Good location. They had all the amenities. Dish soap, shampoo and conditioner, paper towels, etc etc. Only no laundry soap. I was pleasantly surprised. Good location. Near restaurants and stores. Walmart with a spirits and beer store attached. I highly recommend this place in Kissimmee. '

'Our host was quick to respond to a request we had. The property was very spacious and worked well when our children came down for a visit. Concerns include the lack of a futon that was described in the listing, the notice by the toilets not to flush toilet paper, and a few general maintenance (minor) issues. Overall, I would recommend this property, it has a very nice pool and playground that are well maintained too!'
