'The Packhorse Inn was a very pleasant inn to stay at for my business trip! The room itself was well air conditioned and the amenities were very comfortable. Any extras needed such as ironing board, etc were readily available from the staff. Had breakfast and supper multiple evenings of my trip and always enjoyed them throughly. Generous portions and reasonable pricing. The inn itself is located next to a quiet and quaint village which is a short few minute drive into Newmarket which is loaded...

'Made to feel very welcome and hotel kindly arranged a late check-in without fuss. The room was comfy and clean and the breakfast first class. Nothing was too much trouble. Hotel is in a super location on the bridge with views of the river and just a short walk to shops and amenities. Very friendly - will always go back when visiting Thetford area.'
