'Love, love, love this inn. Amazing property in a beautiful village. Lots of great, easy walking spots. There is a bus from Dorchester station that takes you to a stop right next to the inn. YES!! Also, the food and drinks at the inn are a homerun plus. Love, love, love this place.'

'A great old hotel in the countryside. Spacious room and very clean refurbished bathroom. Nice and clean. Restaurant was value for money, and the breakfast was very good. The inhouse pub made evenings comfortable,and had free wifi. Due to lack of aircon room temperature was a bit hot (30 degrees Celsius) and fans provided could not cope with it. 'The property was quirky due to the age of the building but also homely, very clean and had everything you wanted, bathroom was lovely and bed comfy. The rooms have been made out of an old bakery and they have done a superb job. There is also a large beer garden. We ate in the restaurant where they have a log fire and good choice of menu. The couple that run it are lovely and friendly even lent my husband a tie, for the wedding we were going too. Couldn't ask for more. '

'Goed alternatief, dichtbij het Bovington Tankmuseum. Staff is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam, voldoende parkeerruimte.. Het eten is prima. 1 klein minpuntje; als u wilt ontbijten, dan kan dit pas vanaf 9 uur 's morgens.'

'I came here by myself to get away from the kids for just one 24 hour period over the whole entire year. I was praying for a bit of peace and to be able to treat myself. Hand on heart can say this place did not disappoint! A lovely warm welcome when I arrived. I booked a double bed with sea view and it was perfect. Bed was ridiculously comfy.
