'Fantastic property. Esther was such a wonderful host. Really thoughtful and welcoming, and the pictures she's painted for the property are lovely. We really liked the spacious living and dining areas. And we all slept comfortably in the beds. House was lovely and clean. I didn't get check in instructions in advance which was a bit nerve wracking. The company appointed to manage the letting weren't especially responsive. But Esther was there waiting for me and gave us everything we needed....

'Really nice cottage. Decor was a bit dated but it was well equipped and a great location by the river, 10 mins walk to the front, and in really lovely location in a peaceful garden. Difficulties booking via Hotels.com and trying to speak to anyone. Be aware, no parking. It wasn't clear on the ad. We found a long stay car park about 5 minutes walk away. Would stay again'

'We stayed here for a couple of nights on a short tour of the Jurassic Coast. The location is spectacular and you can almost step out onto the beach. There is a lovely bay window which you can sit in and watch the world go by listening to the sound of the waves. If only this had been a nice padded seat, I might not have wanted to leave. Parking is a bit of a problem in Lyme Regis but there was no noise from the restaurants below, which I thought might be a problem'

Property was very clean fresh bedding and towels and a welcome pack with local products . Only downside was having to continual find a parking space or move car due to parking restiction .website advertised on site parking . Overall a good weeks stay in a lovely place.'

"Personeel is super vriendelijk, behulpzaam en gastvrij. Familie kamer was prima voor 4, met 1 2p en 2 1p bedden. Uitermate fijn met parkeerplaats en een pub met prima keuze en heerlijk pubfood!"

"We had a lovely time at the Frampton Arms. The room we stayed in was comfortable and very clean. Good shower. Nice and quiet after the pub is closed, which isn’t very noisy to begin with. The pub is reasonably popular and has nice outside seating. Good food and large portions. Friendly and helpful staff. There is the occasional train passing by, as the pub is next to a railway track and tiny station, but this doesn’t give much annoyance as trains are few and far between. Continental breakfast is mediocre. Free parking. Would come again."
