'Great amenities rooms are very clean'

'We had a terrible and horrible experience. We booked for a 3 day stay last June 9-13,2026, ( temp averages 90-100) with my family including a 7 yo kid and a senior. The unit has no working AC. I informed the management and asked to send someone to check the AC. No reply.. sent messages again and demanded to give us another unit with working AC if he is not sending someone to check/fix the AC. With no AC working and high temperature on those days we barely can sleep and started to feel sick...

'The public areas especially the staircase going to the upstairs as well as the hallway downstairs are grimey and dark. The actual room was wonderfully clean, beddings were crisp and clean. 'Friendly and helpful staff. Large, modern rooms. Good connection to LAX. Hotel provides free rides in the DTLA area, which was quite convenient as a business traveller. The hotel does not include breakfast, but there are plenty of places to eat right outside (just not on Sundays).'
