'The front desk staff were kind and helpful. The property was very clean, and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. Taking the shuttle to the airport is easy, and while the shuttle driver was friendly, he never offered to help me with my luggage while I was getting on the shuttle, nor when I was getting off the shuttle. While I’m capable of doing many things myself, I’m a “senior” woman and only had 1 carry-on suitcase, so it would’ve been nice if we would have offered some assistance.'

'This is a great place to stay. It was nice to have security at the front of the hotel watching out for us. The room was nice, clean, and comfortable. The front desk staff was fun to chat with over the four days of our stay. This hotel is highly recommended.'

The staff was also very helpful and welcoming. A nice bonus was the selection of wine and beer in the refrigerated section near the front desk, offered at very reasonable prices. I would stay here again on my next visit to the USC campus.'
