'Was voor ons de eerste keer in een resort en dat was wel even wennen. De start was niet gelukkig omdat we eerst lekker werden gemaakt met een upgrade en dus een zouden we een kamer krijgen met uitzicht op de zee. Was inderdaad mooie locatie maar helaas was er die dag of kort ervoor iets gerenoveerd/geverfd in de kamer en er hing een heel sterke aceton lucht die helaas niet weg ging. We kregen uiteindelijk een andere kamer zonder uitzicht en dat was een beetje onbevredigend. Dag later hebben...

'The first room we checked into was dirty and we had to change rooms. The second room was ok but we found that the heater didn’t work. We reported it, a maintenance man came up but it was never fixed. The property is nice once you get beyond the gates (that looked like you were entering a war zone). The staff was friendly but our experience was just ok.'

'Shockingly poor resort for a global brand like Movenpick. Customer service is generally appalling (few exceptions), very few staff speak even a basic level of English, quality of food is average at best, rooms are incredibly dated, all inclusive drinks are of very low quality'
