'I didn't like being on 1s floor Someone from there called me Wednesday ask me what floor would I like. I said 5th floor up. They put me on 1st floor. Then in master bathroom I ran water into bathtub water it was orange rusted looking I took pictures show to manager. She said another guess had same problem with water. '

'Beautiful location. Pools and decks chairs all over. Loved the beach. Had dinner in the adjoining Hilton and the food was superb. Rooms were nice and very clean.'

'Very outdated! What I thought we booked online, compared to the room we got was completely different! I felt mislead and very disappointed! The stay was uncomfortable in every way! It was smelly, old and roaches crawled from the old kitchen appliances! This was not the beach trip we had in mind! Will NEVER return here.'

'Nice quiet place to stay. Easy walk to the beach, across from the workout center and close to the pickleball courts, simple layout, newer washer/ dryer that works works great. Very convenient. Older place but fine accommodations. Would stay there again. '

'Beach view was fabulous. The condo unit deluxe was rather aged but clean. Staff was the best and also the outdoor space for sunning and availability of outdoor sun furniture. garage parking rather run down in areas but no charge. '

'This is a resort hotel that is showing his age. However, the property is well maintained and clean. The rooms were clean. The beds were good. I was disappointed that there wasn’t a lot of charging outlets available however I was able to make do and have all my devices charging during the night. I was on the sixth floor, and I had a partial view of the ocean, the television in the room, the controls were a little bit frustrating and to be honest I’m not sure if maybe the remote remote was having...

'Absolutely loved our two bedroom. The ocean view was great with direct access from the end of the parking lot. I loved that you can set the air to different temps throughout the house per room. Everything is very quiet all the time. One negative thing I can say is the internet works poorly, I called to let them know it was messed up, they did send someone but by the time they got there it started working again. It was in and out our whole week there, also it would not connect to the tv. '

'My wife and I had a wonderful stay at Willow Bay. Check in was a breeze and the room exceeded my expectations. It was very clean and the furniture appeared to be brand new. The view of the Ocean was perfect for hanging out and enjoying a drink. Willow Bay has a great location right on the beach with lots of restaurant options near by. The pool and grounds were beautiful and peaceful. We love coming to Myrtle Beach and we will definitely be coming back to Willow Bay. '
