'Front desk workers were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet, outside and inside amenities are wonderful. The rooms, however, are very small/tight for it to sleep 6. The furniture in the sitting area is dated and the entire suite could use a DEEP cleaning. Between the cost of the room and the additional resort and parking fees, I would have expected a CLEANER more MODERN setting. It was not bad...but it was also NOT worth it. I would choose Ocean Enclave and prepare or pick up...

'My wife and I had a wonderful stay at Willow Bay. Check in was a breeze and the room exceeded my expectations. It was very clean and the furniture appeared to be brand new. The view of the Ocean was perfect for hanging out and enjoying a drink. Willow Bay has a great location right on the beach with lots of restaurant options near by. The pool and grounds were beautiful and peaceful. We love coming to Myrtle Beach and we will definitely be coming back to Willow Bay. '

'When we first got there they put us in a room that was not what we agreed to on Expedia. The rooms are out of dated most of the room leaves more to be desired. With outdated furniture and appliances. A lot of abandoned vehicles are left in the garage which leads to minimum room for guest to park. I highly recommend people to start taking accurate pictures of this hotel because the ones online are very misleading as to the condition of the property.'

'I honestly came here with low expectations. I'm not sure why, but I guess mostly because it was a reasonably priced hotel on the beach. That's hard to find. When I walked into our room, I found it to be exceptionally clean... like cleaner than a typical 5-star hotel. The ocean view was amazing, and just what I needed in the middle of March when I'm suffering from spring fever. I usually can't wait to get out of a hotel room and back home, but this was completely opposite. I was sad to leave....

'Nice quiet place to stay. Easy walk to the beach, across from the workout center and close to the pickleball courts, simple layout, newer washer/ dryer that works works great. Very convenient. Older place but fine accommodations. Would stay there again. '
