'The perfect little modern farmhouse! 10 minutes from Festival International, but felt like a fairytale. We couldn't have asked for more! Amazing secluded spot in a residential neighborhood. The best of a central location while feeling miles away. Host was attentive and kind. '

'The hostess was available and helped me every time I needed it. The location of the house was perfect and the back porch overlooking the bayou was the perfect spot to sit, have coffee, and chat with my friend. Wish we would have booked more than one night!!'

'My family stayed here for a softball tournament at the Broussard Sports Complex at St Julien Park. It was a wonderful stay. Beds were comfortable, house was clean and nicely decorated, the house had all the cooking necessities, and the coffee bar and complimentary snacks were nice. Thank you for a great stay! The kids also loved the farm animals across the street! '

'This is a very cool place that has everything. This getaway place is near the city but feels like it is at a campground. We loved the 2 different houses and the outdoor area with the firepit. It has plenty of parking, space to relax and 2 kitchens that has ample supplies. Check-in and out was convenient as well. We brought some extra chairs and enjoyed sitting by the river which was nice. I'd definitely recommend staying here to enjoy some rest & relaxation. '

'Everything about this cottage was perfect! Hosts were very friendly, replied quickly to all texts, and added so many personal touches. The fresh plums left on the table from their backyard tree were delicious! We will definitely return for another stay. '

'We love this house! We have actually stayed here before and had such a pleasant stay that we came back. We all slept great and had everything we needed. The kids enjoyed riding their scooters downtown to the festival. I'm sure we will stay here again!'

"The hotel is worn down, extremely dirty rooms (we found pubes on our bathroom wall, mold, months worth of dust, if you want I can show you pictures). The staff, apart from the maintenance guy, we're unfriendly and not willing to help. When we asked for an extra blanket we were told they don't provide these. We stayed for four days and we didn't get clean towels nor were the beds made. I did pay for all this. Never again!!! There's more options in the area, choose those!!"
