'Staff is amazing! Expedia sold me an accesible room that was not actually available, the staff did their best to address my need. Hot breakfast is wonderful. Closeness to Ball State, stores and restaurants is convenient. Hotel was a Holiday Inn Express but is in process of changing. It’s an older hotel but again the staff are doing everything possible to give the customer the best experience possible. I had called a couple days ahead to confirm fragrances/plugins aren’t hidden in the rooms. I...
