I didn’t require nightlife or anything other than a quiet comfortable clean stay and this was perfect. The views surrounding were stunning. This is truly a hidden gem. '

'I'd like to commend Christian and the staff at El Colonial! Super caring, knowledgeable, and pleasant to be around the whole time we stayed. Always had a smile on their face and their service was second to none. I'll definitely be back because of them. Restaurants, coffee shops, and bars are within walking distance. The terrace was huge and with lots of places to sit and some shade. 'It is very clean inside, the staff are very friendly. No parking if you have a car leave it down at the end by the police station or where the cruises come in don’t risk getting towed. Very safe the door to get in locks after a certain hour and you can only get in with your room key. Someone is always at the front desk. Everything is within blocks it’s very convenient. Everyday our room was cleaned and we were given fresh towels and the bed was changed. '
