'I had a great experience here. The service 10/10. Staff very helpful and friendly, super clean. Pool is great , the casino next door is fun ! Beach is less than a block away as well as the kioskos of Luquillo (lots of dining options available). Carabali Rainforest Park (for the ATVs and Yunque excursions) is 10mins away. Fajardo is 30mins away.

'Nos encantó este hotel, su desayuno incluido muy bien, toda la gente del hotel desde que llegas te hacen sentir muy bien hasta que te vas, tiene muchas cosas divertidas y te ofrecen entrada al casino por primera vez con cupones. Súper recomendado si te quedas por luquillo o Fajardo. '

'The resort was like paradise! Everything is there and if you wanted to you could just stay there or go out and explore! The staff was very helpful and friendly! Area was gorgeous with the pool and beach! Vibes were nice with music and calm!'

'The property is very clean and on a safe, walkable strip. There are many dining options, shops, and beach access nearby. Our room was clean and comfortable and the staff is so friendly. We did get charged extra for the resort fee and parking, although we did not use the pool or restaurants in the hotel. It’s a beautiful hotel full of great amenities and very friendly people. Although it was pricy, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend. Thank you so much. '

'Property was clean. Didn’t have any issues with check in or check out. Genesis was great making sure my stay was good. Room floors could’ve been cleaned alittle better but that’s about it. And if you have noisy neighbors you will be able to hear everything lol walls are very thin '
