'There are hotels in Flagstaff by this same name, and Expedia does a lousy job of explaining the difference. We wound up booking the wrong one and spent 2 hours trying to get it corrected. Neither Expedia nor the hotel manager would take responsibility and make it right. Then to add insult to injury, they checked another guest into the same room. Fortunately we were in the room when they came walking in. Poor and unprofessional staff and management. Avoid this place and never expect Expedia to...
