'Kamers zijn echt heel klein. Als je lang blijft met 2 en wat bagage mee hebt lijkt het me moelijk praktisch gezien. Wij waren er voor een nacht voor de terug naar huis vlogen. De ruimte beneden en rooftopterras zijn wel een goede aanvulling op de kleine kamers. Wel alles zeer proper'

'This hotel is charming and in an ideal location, close to subways and Central Park. The front desk staff was extraordinarily kind and helpful - We would come back for them alone! The rooms are quite small, but everything else was above expectations and therefore we would always return.'

'Comfy bed and terrific view from the 38th floor. Hotel is showing its age, however, the service from the staff is exceptional. Do bear in mind that a 'destination fee' or in other words a 'resort fee' is payable. It is mandatory and will set you back $35 (+ tax). The fee itself gives you $35 of value to use in the eateries in the hotel, but it won't stretch far. Buffet breakfast costs a whopping $50 + tax, service charge and gratuity...That's an expensive breakfast for a family of 4! ;-)'

'The property looks very different from the photos advertised. If you're simply looking for a place to sleep, it may be sufficient, but I wouldn't recommend it otherwise. The included breakfast was quite disappointing, consisting mainly of cereal and coffee. Given the overall experience, I'd suggest saving your money and booking a better option if possible. Aside from its convenient location, there wasn't much else about the property that met expectations.'
