'Comfy bed and terrific view from the 38th floor. Hotel is showing its age, however, the service from the staff is exceptional. Do bear in mind that a 'destination fee' or in other words a 'resort fee' is payable. It is mandatory and will set you back $35 (+ tax). The fee itself gives you $35 of value to use in the eateries in the hotel, but it won't stretch far. Buffet breakfast costs a whopping $50 + tax, service charge and gratuity...That's an expensive breakfast for a family of 4! ;-)'

'Great staff!!! Nice, clean, comfortable room. Room was definitely small but the extra little touches made up for it. Quiet but convenient street that felt safe. No restaurant on site but plenty of places within walking distance and their in house 'store' was well stocked. Room was a little warm the first night but once the AC kicked in it was fine. Would stay here again! Really great staff!!!'

'Er was veel lawaai van buiten. De hoge temperatuur in kamer was niet verstelbaar en dus moest raam open met veel herrie en zo nu en dan wietlucht van de straat. Ook hebben we meermaals receptie moeten bellen om voldoende handdoeken te regelen. '
