'We arrived on a hot day -- the windows in the loft where my grandson stayed wouldn't open so the heat was unbearable, only 2 out of 3 fans worked, the porch was beaten up, torn seat covers, linoleum floor in bath was ripped and I tripped on it almost landing in the shower, torn bedskirt, no TV remote. We contacted host immediately and checked out the next morning. We did receive partial refund from host.'

'Spacious layout, perfect for a snowcation. Plenty of amenities, we never wanted/needed anything. Balcony view of the skate rink was nice. The shower size, and water pressure, and heat was EXCELLENT. Walking distance to our rental place, and about a 7 to 10 minute walk to the Gondola. '

'This condo had been updated and interior was very nice with view of river run gondola and slopes. . Needs a new shower head as the way the stream breaks up makes the water slight warmer than lukewarm. Tv in bedroom would freeze, not sure if it was dish issue ir tv issue. Ski locker room was great with plenty of room. Steam room in garden floor was not working during our stay which. Was a bummer, and there were no pool/hot tub towels on Sunday. Be patient for elevators bc they are slow. '

'The space was lovely, warm, clean and felt safe. The owners were kind, generous and great communicators. The kitchen was fully equipped as well as the coffee/tea bar. We wholeheartedly recommend this space. '
