'The room was clean, staff very friendly, breakfast good different choices every day! They offered shuttle to vail without cost, that’s convenient because the parking there is paid until 4 pm. It’s just 10 min from vail, and also they have a shuttle to beaver creek. I would love to back there. Thank you, '

'No restaurant on site was open. No free breakfast in holiday inn . Shower was broken so was moved to another room but room was kind of facing the interior and was pitch dark thru the window. Sewer smell near the lobby. I would say if possible avoid. Find a better place '

'This was my 4th visit to The Block. I love this place, with one exception, during my last 2 visits I have encounter front desk staff that seem unengaged with guests. When I interacted with the front desk I encountered blank stares and curt responses to any inquires vs. the enthusiastic, engaged staff that was previously common. '

'Prijs-kwaliteitverhouding klopt niet helemaal. Ik vind dit hotel aan de dure kant. Kamer was ruim en schoon. Continentaal ontbijt was redelijk. Met het personeel moet je geluk hebben. De dame die bij de incheck aanwezig was ('s avonds) was onvriendelijk en chagrijnig. Hierdoor voelden we ons onwelkom. De dame bij het uitchecken ('s ochtends) was juist heel vriendelijk. '

'As a first time visitor to Colorado, this was amazing! The Keystone Lodge staff were very friendly and welcoming. The location was great and they offered a free car shuttle to the ski village and surrounding areas. There was also a bus that ran on a route that was helpful to get around. There were plenty of shopping and dining options. '
