'If you need to be in Eastbourne then this B&B is the place to stay. Great hospitality in a very quiet but convenient spot in town. Eastbourne itself is a bit former glory but has a beautiful pier and waterfront and some good golf courses nearby. A perfect in between stop on our way to Portland. '

'Staff were very welcoming and immediately asked about our visit and if they can advise of anything. Rooms were lovely and quiet, delicious breakfast with tranquil atmosphere. Would definately book again.'

'De kamers zijn prima. Echter de douche/bad is nauwelijks goed te bedienen. Er is te weinig druk op het water , zodat er een klein straaltje er uit komt. De oude knoppen zijn of te heet of te koud water.
We hadden drie kamers allemaal standaard, die het zelfde probleem hadden.'

'Located next to the beach but Very outdated, carpet in diningroom was filthy and patched up with plastic and ducktape. Seats in diningroom looked as if they were from the 2nd world war.
Bed was ok Bathroom faucet was rusty and sink very small. I put my toothbrush on the Glass shelf above sink and it fell off.
So everything really old and crappy.
Pool was ok. TV worked (better than other hotels where we stayed. Breakfast was ok. Typical English but ok.
Staff was amazing, very helpfull and nice....

'Prijs kwaliteit perfect als je niet te kieskeurig bent en gewoon wilt slapen. Het was schoon en dat is het belangrijkst. Voor de prijs voor vier personen waarvan twee kinderen, mag en kan je echt nergens over klagen. Gewoon goed.'

Staff was amazing, very helpfull and nice. When you are lucky and find a parkingspot across from the hotel they provide you with a tag so you can stay all day. We stayed two nights and had a spot across from the hotel every day.

"Dit hotel verdient geen 5 sterren. Tapijt zat vol met vlekken. De bank en muren ook. Gewoon smerig.
Verder Geen airco, geen minibar, geen safe. Ontbijt was drie keer niets. Geen worst, geen kaas. Alleen vettige warme gerechten. Niets voor Europeanen. Hooguit 2 sterren.
Dit hotel zal ik volgende keer overslaan.
