'Older home in midtown. Upstairs would be issue for older folks. Safe area. Close to Crosstown, Rhodes College and Alex’ Tavern. Clean, well equipped and host was nearby and attentive. Would stay again. Bathtub would be a little tricky, especially for older folks. '

'This duplex is soooooo cute! It's charming; cozy, and full of character. I will stay here every time i come to Memphis! Great spot, gracious hosts. '

'Loved the place. It is a little hard unloading the car. No real place to park near entrance to unload easily. You do get your exercise in. Nice relaxing experience. Neighborhood quiet and with 20 minutes to most of the places we visited.'

'The stay was great. There was an issue for about an hour with the internet, but that is no fault of the owner (Remote worker here). I think certain areas like doors could use paint touchups. I am someone who likes to watch tv while in the bed so please put a small tv in the bedroom. It would be nice to have an extra blanket if needed while watching tv. Yes, I would stay here again. The gated group of apartments gets a thumbs up from me.'

'The place was perfect for us. We loved the snacks that were left for us to enjoy. It was spacious and so cute. The neighborhood was clean and safe. If we had more time, we would have loved to walk around the area. '

'A nice little unit with all the necessary basic supplies. Very safe because of the security gates. A real bonus to have a washer and dryer right in the apartmen. A good value overall!'
