'Wow, what a wonderful place! First off, the decor is awesome - so stylish and modern, very thoughtfully decorated. Very clean, had all the amenities we needed. The comfort was top notch, the large couch was great for lounging when we weren't out and about, we loved the glowing fireplace, and the bed was big and comfy as well. The house is located in a very lovely neighborhood, surrounded by nice homes and trees all around. The smell of nature was delightful, and waking up to gentle birdsongs...

'We immediately booked a hotel after arriving because we did not feel comfortable staying at the property. The home had multiple large carpet stains, a welcome mat with caked-on dirt, a loud water feature running without water, sketchy-looking basement windows, and an unpleasant odor. My wife was in tears at the thought of staying there. The property felt unsettling from the moment we arrived and did not match the impression created by the listing photos.'
