'Someone put a lot of thought into building this as a studio apartment above another space. It was clean and cozy and decorated with musical instruments. There is a stereo that looks like someone walked out and forgot it, along with their CD collection, around 2005. That was a blast from the past, but not very useful. 'This was the perfect home for our week-long summer vacation. My husband and I were traveling with elderly parents and accessibility and comfort is key. When we had a question about the temperature in the home being too cold, host responded timely and was able to help, we appreciated the good communication. We were already familiar with the area so this find was amazing. 20-30 min drive to any sightseeing. Market, coffeeshop, parks, and a produce farm for fresh berry picking right up the street....

'Clean & nice neighborhood'

'A group of friends (6 total) stayed here together for a resting place for just one night so didn'tneed much. One inconvenience was that the bathrooms were only accessible through either bedroom sincr the door to the common space of the bathroom was locked with no doornob. So for those sleeping on the air mattress in the common area, they had to go through a bedroom. Sunday morning landscapers came at about 10:00 which was noisy but we were on our way out anyways. 'The apartment was beautiful, easy to find, and located in a quiet neighborhood close to downtown Bellevue. It was very clean and well appointed. All appliances were in excellent condition and easy to use. Diana was a wonderful host, and she provided terrific support throughout my booking and visit. Moreover, she was available to provide support, but was not at all intrusive. I highly recommend this property, and I expect that I will stay here again for my next visit to Bellevue!'
