'Everything was great! Just as described. It's a compact room, but with everything needed to be comfortable when not at the beach. The walk to the beach was quick and easy, and the beach itself felt remote even with all the buildings nearby. At low tide there was so much beach!! I got the resort passes but none of the facilities were pet friendly and they were quite adament about my wife not even carrying our tiny dog where pets weren't allowed. We made do. The beach itself was very pet friendly!...

'The location was excellent, within walking distance of shops and restaurants. The rooms were clean, though not spotless. Overall, everything else was very good, and I would definitely stay here again.'

'Was a nice place but could use some upgrades. Missing some utensils which was communicated and nothing was done. Lots of noise from the people staying above us late at night.'

'The studio was very well equipped with modern amenities and a very comfortable bed (only wish it was King instead of Queen sized). Freezer was very small in the dorm style fridge. Very convenient to two great pools and the fitness center as well as the beautiful beach. Only problem we had was a very distraught dog next door whenever it's family left without her. She howled incessantly when they left the poor creature behind.'

'The keyless entry lock on our rental unit’s door would not work—at the end of the day on Saturday with 2,10 and 11 year olds plus 2 adults wet from the beach and sandy because the showers coming off the beach near our unit did not work. The property manager sent a repairman—and he was tremendous. However—he worked on the door lock for over 2 hours without success and finally literally used a crow bar to force the lock to break and let us in. He profusely apologized for the inconvenience. 'Excellent location'

'Great location. Close (within 10 to 15 minutes) to downtown, Johns Island and Folly Beach. Host very responsive.'

'I would highly recommend this host and location if you are considering a trip to Charleston. The host was super accommodating easy to work with and the space was perfect for my friend and I on our girls trip very centrally located and easy to get to everything. Demetrius was very responsive and even worked with us on our departure time due to late flights. Easily one of the best hosts I’ve ever had at a vacation rental.'

'We loved everything about the house. It was 2 miles from the beach and close to everything that we did.'

'Nice and modern only a 10 minute walk to downtown Beaufort. Safe parking.'

'My experience was excellent from the day I made the reservation. Very attentive. The place is quiet, the beds are comfortable, and everything is clean. They respond to messages quickly. Overall, I enjoyed it. I have another son graduating from the Marines soon, and I will definitely return to the same place. It's a 13minute walk from the entrance to Parris Island.'

'Everything was clean! communication was great!close walk to beachwould definately stay again!'
