'When we arrived we noticed that the a/c was not working properly. We contacted the owner and he promptly called us and was at the property within 10 minutes! It was determined that the a/c was malfunctioning and needed to be repaired so he gladly refunded our money on for the stay and made recommendations for other accommodations and sites to see nearby.
