'I had wanted to explore the LA vicinity and this property was perfectly placed between malibu, santa monica, calabasas, and burbank, with a 40 minute commute to LA.That being said, the property itself is outlined by the topanga mountain ridge and the hot tub views are breathtaking at dusk, the trails are also so close and to die for!Also this place is very budget friendly for California, i saved over 1000!If anyone is curious this is a 420 friendly property and the vibes definitely soothe the...

'The host was absolutely amazing!! The host always checked in to see if we needed anything. The location is amazing, walking distance to the steps into Santa Monica Canyon, a beautiful neighborhood, the beach, the ocean cliff park and to Montana stores and restaurants. The bed was amazingly comfortable and I slept better there than at home. There is no street noise from San Vicente in case you are worried, it was soundproofed. We would definitely go back again. '

'het verblijf bij Rachel was prima , heerlijk rustig poolhouse met een fijn zwembad en heerlijke jacuzzi die snel lekker warm is . zwembad niet gebruikt omdat het nog vroeg in het seizoen was en nog niet verwarmd . bed boven was prima , ,maar niet groot , sofabed was minder comfortabel en neemt alle ruimte beneden in beslag. douche was echt heel klein zoals de vorige reviews aan aangaven . verder was alles aanwezig ; grote koelkast en mooi fornuis met oven . magnetron , blender , toaster ,...

'The host canceled our stay on the same day of arrival due to plumbing issues. I was just a little disturbed with still being charged a large amount. Just an admonishment to those reading my review, beware of scams. I am not saying that is what this was, but it is very possible. I am not a happy Expedia customer right now!'

'We couldn’t have been happier with this darling VRBO. It was clean and spacious, and the owners were great. They even left snacks and drinks for our family. The location was perfect for what we needed as we had a few airport trips to make. We walked to a great restaurant and loved the charm of the area. '

'Our very good friend drove from Iowa to meet us at this little slice of paradise. We stayed in the guest house and the accommodations were absolutely perfect. As good as the inside was the outside was over the top- from amazing views, crystal clear pool, and the large fire pit. Jack took amazing care of and had some great stories. 'The property owner Lars & Bonnie go above and beyond to make your stay awesome and have so many great suggestions of places to go and do. We arrived a tad early and they accommodated us with a early check in, very sweet for them to do on the QT. They had left homemade chocolate M&M cookies PLUS doggie treats for our pups. Now, just let the renter beware (Lars had warned us) that the casita was pretty snug for 3 guests that all required a separate bed plus our two dogs. He was absolutely...

"What a classic. My room was small but cosy, very nice bed and good amenities. The overall style is a bit darkish but that's in line with the original design. The lobby is fantastic art deco styled. The absolute highlight of the hotel is the pool. The setting is very Hollywood, the cabins, the restaurants, the service. All ace."
