'This is a very cozy, well-appointed "apartment." The location is great for walking to most downtown restaurants, the museum, and the main square. Groceries were not a problem, as there is a Walmart in the middle of downtown. We never had any communication with the owner(s), but did not need to. The instructions for entry and checkout were very clear, and their contact information was provided. We expected a multi-story building, but this is many units on one level; each with its own parking...

'This was the PERFECT spot for our mother/daughter weekend in Fayetteville! The apartment was beautiful, cozy, and super clean, and it had every amenity you could possibly need. I appreciated the bottle of wine that greeted me when we arrived, and my daughter absolutely loved the swan towel animals left on the bed. The view of Dickson Street and downtown Fayetteville was incredible. If we'd been able to stay longer, or the weather had been warmer, it would have been great to sit on the balcony...
