'Construction was going on and the front desk staff were good at moving us to a room away from the work/noise.'

'Upon arrival we were greeted by a friendly staff at check in who told us about the interesting history of the property. The hotel is beautiful, the breakfast ( continental) exquisite , and property is vast ( it is being expanded with outbuildings of various purposes). It will be outstanding once complete , but currently is very lovely. Very quiet. Fruit and dessert plate in our frig. Beautiful room and decor.'

'Our room wasn't cleaned. We quickly got a new room, but the bathroom wasn't fully cleaned. Staff took care of that; but cleaning is apparently an issue. The room is very spacious, staff very friendly. Location is great just off Hwy-10. Breakfast is fine; just the plastic tools and paper plates should be changed back into proper utensils and plates. Boston Pizza conveniently right next door.'

'Property was well maintained and nice. Staff were nice, room was big and spacious, breakfast was good. My only issue with this hotel was the cleanliness of the room. First of all there was a brownish yellow splatter next to the toilet… and my fitted sheet had little red dot stains over the entire thing. Front desk promptly sent someone to change my sheets to a non stained set. But when housekeeping came they said they’d clean my room (and the mysterious stain) the next morning for free.....

'The room was clean and comfortable, but the bed wasn't at all. I spent one night and was up there for work. I barely slept because the mattress was hard and felt like a box. It was close and convenient,'

'Breakfast was ok. Not much different to any other free breakfast. Shower was a little grubby and needed some love. Room was ok. Weirdly they provided tea bags, 3 of them, but no kettle. Had to pan boil water. Nothing near this location except Tim's and a gas station. Good if you want to hop back on the 401.'

'The room was really clean , but it felt super humid and definitely had a bit of an odor which we realized was coming out of the drains. Put the plugs in those as soon as we realized ... But even with AC going and the bathroom fan on, we weren't able to get rid of the humidity. The bed was horrible. Supposed to be a queen, but it was definitely a double. Two adults couldn't lay in it comfortably not touching eachother , and I woke up both mornings stiff and sore. The mattress made several boing...
