'I took my daughter to Destin for spring break. The condo was exactly as advertised; nicely updated and very clean. Sandpiper Cove is a nice complex. We played the par 3 golf course 4 times during our stay and swam in the pool just outside of the unit. The unit is in the back of the complex, so the walk to the beach was about a 5-10 minute walk. 'Property was in the middle of repairs to their stairway and rubbish shute and was quite noisy and difficult to tolerate the loud noise. 'Enjoyed my stay at this property. Initially chose a different condo that they own but was placed in this one once they learned that construction was still underway. No complaints at all. They were very helpful with answers to questions and go out of their way to make sure you have what you need to enjoy your vacation.'
