'Wanted to give a better review but can’t because the extremely loud activity in the middle of the night above this basement rental was absolutely terrible, do not recommend. Facility was well-outfitted, met our short stay needs, so sad to end this way.'

'The room was so much smaller than we thought it would be and unfortunately we couldn't fit in between bed'

'Heather was very responsive and easy to work with. The apartment is very cute and pictures match. Easy to get to all our activities. The bed is quite firm, which I liked and my husband didn't. Our kiddo loved the queen bed and slept like a log. Lol It was well stocked. They are pretty quiet upstairs, only heard people a couple of times. The smoke alarm definitely works. Husband isn't used to electric ranges and had a little smoke from cooking potatoes.'

'Clean and convenient place.'

'Great place! Next… to fields for soccer. Great location only suggestion is not well stocked plates etc had to constantly wash dishes'

'The house was set up just like it was online. It was clean and cute. There was plenty of room. The hot tub was a big plus. The location was good for all the things we did.'

'This is a wonderful clean little house. Close to the airport and other locations in SLC. Host was wonderful and even purchased a pack-n-play for the home since we had a toddler with us. Host was very kind and great to work with and even offered to check us in early. Few drawbacks, we wished there was a keypad on the side door where you actually enter the home, not on the busy road in front. Also the fenced yard was great, but would be even better if it was landscaped/zero scaped a little bit....

'The entry instructions were a wee bit confusing when looking at the doors, however the stay itself was fantastic. It met all the needs we had, and was comfortable, clean, accessible and quiet. This was a gifted stay for my In-laws, & they were pleased.'

'Beautiful welcome basket was given; popcorn, candy, apples, bananas. So very thoughtful. Property was comfy, easily accessible and cool on hot days. The bathroom and kitchen cupboards could have used a deeper clean though. The house had so many cute decorative touches. Everything was labeled and organized. Lots of games to play. We never used the hot tub since it was so hot out. Becky was responsive and kind. I would recommend this place!'

'Exactly as described, would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend.'

'Property was clean and had good amenities (washer, dryer, dishwasher, stove). There is a nice kitchen area, but no real “living area” space. We used the 2nd bedroom to watch TV in the evening. Heating/cooling units were a little finicky but we eventually got the temperature where we wanted it. Biggest surprise was that the location is an extension on an existing house. It was fine but caught us off-guard. We had a good stay nonetheless and it was convenient to the mountains and Maverik...

'Charming, homely and quiet'

'Great place to spend the weekend and needing some R&R. Thank you!'

'There was issues with getting into contact with the host and we were emailed the wrong code and had to wait two hours to get into the property. I will say that the house is beautiful and I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to family/friends.'

'Host is responsive and accommodating.'

'Great value for a 3 bedroom spacious basement unit with comfortable beds. Great for a group. We only stayed for a night and it was too hot to use hottub but I am sure it would be a really nice touch in the winter. Would definitely stay again!'
