'This was the nicest place we have ever stayed in. It had everything in it & was beautifully decorated.The outside space was lovely with the hot tub.It really was a perfect place to spend the night.'

'This property is in a steep, pretty street near shops, restaurants etc. It appears to be under renovation so not really ready for holiday lets. The door out from the upstairs bathroom is off its hinges and there are various random items left there and in the downstairs passage. The kitchen equipment is rudimentary with no instructions for the hob and a broken oven door. The WiFi code was missing and the letting agency’s communication was contradictory and confusing, necessitating two taxi rides...
