'Nice stay! Spacious apartment. Clean and with disposable cutlery, which in our opinion is more hygenic. Especially since there is no dishwasher. Communication with host was quick and friendly. On walking distance from downtown (15 minutes). Also some restaurants on walking distance. The host asked guest to keep noise level low, since the house has more apartments. In our case that worked very well. Wifi and TV worked perfect. Over all, we had a very pleasant stay. Really can recommend this...

'What a great place to stay! Well located with easy access to anything you want in town. Check in and check out was smooth! Property owner very nice and friendly….thanks for a great stay!!'

'Host was great. The cleaner..not so much. They were able to get someone else in to clean that made it better.'

'コミュニケーションがとてもスムーズで、不足しているものがあればすぐにご対応いただけて大変助かりました。 滞在中、急に体調を崩してしまいレイトチェックアウトをお願いした際も、快く承諾してくださり本当に感謝しております。 近くのスーパーで食材を買って毎日自炊をしましたが、調理器具や細かい備品までしっかり揃っていて快適に過ごせました。 居心地が良く、あと1ヶ月くらい滞在したかったほどです！またぜひ利用したいと思います。'

'Host was very communicative and helpful! The place was clean and organized and a good distance from the airport! 10/10 experience, glad to have been able to call this place "home" during our stay :)'

'Good communication, good location, cozy for my small family '

'Very clean and neat. '

'Nice place off the beaten path. But close to Fairbanks. Has all you need, microwave, coffee maker, washer and dryer.'

'Clear communication from host. Able to hear a lot of foot traffic from stairs nearby, but overall had a nice stay.'

'I have rented before just a different apartment. This basement one was very damp. I tried to turn the heat up but everything just had a wet/damp feeling. '
