'Very, very professional and kind staff - both before and during the reservation. Lovely rooms, shared bathroom is really clean.'

'Juist buiten het centrum, ideaal om met de fiets het centrum in 10 min te bereiken of voor een goede uitvalsbasis voor een fietsvakantie. Onder her hotel makkelijk parkeren van de auto ( is wel prijzig). Ook op die plaats is er een mooie onbewaakte fietsenstalling. Best wel een slot voorzien, al denk ik dat hij er wel veilig staat. Ontbijt was supergoed. Al bij al dus goed, in de buurt zelf is niet echt veel te doen.'

'Great value for money and everything is exactly like described. I’ll definitely stay there again'

'Small issue with the bathroom but that was resolved quickly due to very responsive comms from the host. Apartment was excellent and had everything we needed. Location was good, things were tidy. Small criticism around the shower and how it leaks over the whole bathroom, making the entire floor *incredibly* slippy for a long period after, but other than that, really no complaints whatsoever'

'La comunicación con la propiedad es horrible. La ducha no funcionaba y tardaron 12 horas en responder sin ninguna solución.'

'Super vriendelijke personeel'

'Perfect location, friendly staff and a very nice room. Would recommend for business and pleasure! '

'Mooi en comfortabel hotel in een oud pakhuis in het centrum van Kopenhagen, gelegen aan de Nyhavn. Vriendelijk personeel, goede kamer. Zeker een aanrader. '

'I love this place Nice people Nice restaurant and bar Fantastic atmosphere Good room with funny elements Good bed end enough room to work Fantastic breakfast Close to centre and opera Etc '

'Delicious social dinners with the locals served every evening.'

'Beautiful location in/at Tivoli gardens. Beautiful hotel an decoration. Extremely friendly staff. But,….location on street side (rooms 38) is terrible due to noisy location (no sound insulation). This seriously hampers a good night rest and this makes the price-quality balance wrong. Early (false) evacuation alarm at 07:30 can happen, but a small gesture (cup of coffee?) or personal note from hotel manager would have been considerate. Parking fee of 85 (!!) euros is prohibitive.'

'Fabulous spacious 2 level apartment Big enough rooms and good dining table area in the middle + Lovely soft pillows, spacious apartment, big fridge and nice big showers and towels. No keys as electronic door lock. Stylish and simple design.. 1 set of coffee pods.. kitchen just big enough - not so good was the narrow spiral staircase to go up and down.. the TV wasn't where the open area was..but we didn't really watch the TV so ok. No Aircon but we didn't need it '

'Very nice breakfast buffet. Large hotel, but not impersonal. '

'Low value for money. Disappointing.'
