'Location was great and house meet our needs. Very easy process.'

'We had a slightly different use for this property then most. We had spent a week traveling with my in-laws to different National Parks in Colorado, including a lot of hiking and activities. For our last 2 days, we wanted a place to just relax and enjoy the comforts of "home" and this location fit the bill perfectly! The only negative we could come up with is that we wish we stayed longer than 2 nights!'

'It is my 2nd stay in this property and I've stayed in Leadville in many ABnbs. The space is great and plenty of room, though my party is small. The kitchen is stocked and upgraded. Main living space is great. The shower is a bit dated but is fine for my use. It is great to have the fenced backyard, though upkeep could be improved (grass is up to a foot long) and maybe add some basic deck furniture. Overall was another great stay and will look to book again.'

'What a great property! We walked to the slopes, ski rental, and town! The unit is very spacious and comfortable, and has a nice view of the mountain. Check in was super easy, and the underground parking (for one vehicle) was very nice. We will try to stay here again on our next ski trip!'

'This 1 bedroom, 1 bath apartment/condo was absolutely perfect! It was so nicely decorated and had all the essentials to make our stay fantastic. There were even 2 moose nibbling the grass that we could see early this morning from the deck!'

'Lovely home in a great spot and quiet neighborhood. Tons of space, easy access with coded entries to garage, front door, and lower entryway. Summit Rentals was responsive to questions and maintenance requests as well. Hot tub was great, perfect for the cool summer nights in Breckenridge. The kitchen was well stocked, and served all the cooking needs we had. Easy access to hiking and biking trails too.'

'Great ski in/ski out location. Thoughtful amenities. Would stay again. As others have indicated, the internet is not able to support work video call level and is a little spotty, but it's good enough for basic needs. Hot tub is great as is the fully stocked kitchen. Communication from property managers is fantastic.'
