'The elevator was not working after we came back from our concert. Wecould not get to the room as we were on the highest floor. When the elevator started working it was really late, so we checked out. Our floor was hot and smelled of weed. The front office staff was friendly. Kia was very helpful'

'Everything was great!! The only thing was that rooms have an open shower, meaning there's no door to seperate the shower from the bedroom. You will shower on the open. I was with my daughter and had to switch rooms to another room that allowed privacy while showering. Other than that staff was great and nice, room was very clean and area was great given than IHOP was at walking distance. '
