'We arrived last night at around 8 seemed ok then this morning we woke up to our room with 1 in of water on the floor, mind you we were on the 3rd floor. Front desk told us to call customer service. In all my years of renting hotels this has to be the worst experience I have ever experienced. Im calling customer service foe a refund. This was unacceptable at all levels.'

'Jessica and Kathy were the BEST employees during our three-night stay at this location. Their friendliness and going out of their way to help me were the best part of staying here.
Rooms - sketchy AC and very humid at times. No AC in the halls which seemed weird.
Beds were very comfortable and the Down-alternative pillows were GREAT.
Bathroom - very clean
Breakfast - good selection and even a vegetarian option Sunday.
Amenities - didn't use any.

'Stayed here 2 nights. The pillowtop beds were very comfortable but the pillows were just ok. The room was clean and had a mini refrigerator and microwave. The bathroom was clean however the diagonal toilet set up was odd and trouble some in shutting the door. All in all the hotel was convenient to our needs and clean. Not sure if I would stay again other then the comfortable beds. Just remember nothing in this world is perfect.'

'The only issue I had was when I checked in the staff member was not overly friendly. He took my ID and gave me my room key. He didn’t tell me about the credit I had or any other amenities. Nice stayed here several times and have never had this type of experience.'
