'Close to amenities, walkable to most major tourist attractions and shopping. There are plenty of grocery, coffee and food options in the area. Even though it’s in the heart of downtown, it’s still quiet while in the property. The beds and bathrooms were comfortable. The AC worked wonderfully during the heat wave as well.'

'The location was excellent! We didn't need a car or an Uber because you could walk everywhere from the CN Tower to Harbour Point or the Eaton Center.
Also the host (Anish) was very helpful with providing storage options for our luggage and helping with the quick check-in and check-out process.
The apartment itself was nice, and I felt very comfortable throughout my stay. I didn't get to use the kitchen amenities, but it's wonderful to have everything needed for a full stay.

We we’re there for a show at the budweiser stage and the fact that it was at a walkable distance made it even more enjoyable.

'I stayed at the King Blue for 4 nights while on a business trip and had a wonderful experience. Check in was smooth and I was up in my room within 5 minutes of arrival. The rooms are spacious and spotless. I felt secure knowing that only people with room keys could access the elevator. The hotel is in one of the better neighbourhoods of Toronto and there are seemingly unlimited options for breakfast, lunch and dinner in the area. There is a pool and a gym but I did not use those.

'I was surprised this was one of the higher rated Toronto airport hotels. Upon arriving the hotel looked deserted and overal dirty feeling. When checking in into my room the bed had hairs and crumbs as if they not change the sheets, this was a really big red flag. Hotel staff offered a new room and apologized briefly. "Stayed here because it’s close to the airport. Room was clean and we went for the suite so was spacious. Bed was good. Breakfast was good with most necessities. No dinner options but there is a dinner venue called “Bites” is walking distance across the street. "
