'Do not stay at Purple Lizard Villa. The photos in the listing did not accurately represent the room we were given. We arrived late at night to a property with zero outdoor lighting — it was completely pitch black. As two women traveling alone, this immediately felt unsafe. Inside, there were broken and missing bathroom blinds with no privacy, black residue on multiple walls, and most alarming, a front door lock that was not secure. The entire lock mechanism swiveled 180 degrees. We did not...

'An amazing place to stay for a fun evening at the lovely restaurants in Jerome (and be able to enjoy a glass of wine and not have to drive down the mountain), and shopping the next morning :) The mountain view from the deck is fantastic, the star gazing is amazing and the home has all the essentials you need. Perfect location for walking to everything. '
