'Booked online friday afternoon for a king size for the same night. I get down the road from the hotel around 4 to find a message on my Expedia account saying they are sold out sorry. Turns out they werent sold out when I booked my room, they gave my room away to someone who walked in and didnt tell me until 4. So if your from out of town, you might want to call to make sure your room wasnt given away before you get there.'

'Good place to sleep while passing through. Several miles off the interstate. No staff were available at checkout.'

'The room was spacious, it is a good location for visiting kings Island. I like there is a nightlight in the bathroom. The room was quiet, no highway noise.'

'The hotel has filthy carpets and flooring. The sheets on the bed were dirty and when they came to change them the mattress pad was also filthy. They did move us to a new room which was clean.'

The lack of a front desk person and the inability to use the elevator (though I did not try since prior reviews said it had to be operated by one of them) dinged this hotel. I had no trouble parking, but I arrived late and left early.'

'Nice water pressure. The only bad thing it doesn't have elevators. It's got two levels, but no elevator. The staff was nice enough to give us the bottom floor because it would be hard to climb stairs for me.'

'I loved the breakfast and the proximity to Kings Island. The ladies on staff that I spoke with were very kind. It is a motel, not a hotel- which was absolutely fine for me, but I wasn't clear about when I was booking. Also, we booked a double queen room and received a king, accessible room. This was fine for my son and I, but not what we booked or expected. Also, the toilet seat was not the same shape as the bowl and was not securely affixed- a minor discomfort, but something I certainly noticed...
