But then there’s the live parrot to greet you, they will accommodate if you get there early, have happy hour, free shuttle to luxury resort also free with yet another awesome beach, good eats, good shopping, good vibes! 'Edward’s place was exactly what we needed for our 3 week stay in San Diego. Edward was also very easy to get in touch with, and communicated well with any questions we may have had. Check in and check out were a breeze. '

'We love a simple no-nonsense place and this was perfect for us. The host is very responsive and was constantly checking in with us on what else we need to be comfortable to stay here. The area is close a lot of nice restaurants so that was a plus. We would love to stay here next time we visit San Diego.'

'Unit was clean and comfortable and nicely furnished and supplied. There is a good ocean view which you can enjoy from inside the unit in addition to the balcony. Many dining choices of all types within very easy walking distance. The included parking place is a huge plus in this location as otherwise parking is challenging. Owners were flexible, responsive and easy to communicate with.'

'The location of the home is awesome. The only issue we had was the size of the garage. If you have a vehicle make sure that it is a compact car or it will not fit. The host is very pleasant and willing to help with any isssues that arise. I would definitely returm to stay. '

'The property was in a fantastic location and very well equipped with everything you could need. It was spacious and nicely decorated with ac and two balconies which was nice. Reed was quick to respond on all my inquiries. Our only complaint was that the cleaning crew could have done a much better job. The dishes were dirty, the floor was a bit dirty, the couch was horribly stained and everything could have used a very thorough wipe down, so ended up doing some cleaning. Overall we enjoyed our...

"Perfect location. Rooms are dated. I don’t like it when they say that your room is available but because its a few hours to early (because of an early flight) you have to pay 25 dollar extra. Room was not clean (empty packaging latex contraceptives) behind the bed. Als in tower 3 there was somebody “welcomes” you with a wheel you can turn to win a 120 minutes time share meeting….."
