'We had a nice view of the ocean from our balcony. The staff who cleaned were wonderful most staff were very kind and greeted us in yhe halls. The issue we had was the air-conditioning was not working and nothing was done. The room was so humid I could not get my hair or makeup right for the wedding we were there to attend. A staff at the front desk said to open the sliding glass door to let the night cool breeze in the problem is there is no screens and bugs can get in the room and the balcony...

'The facility is pristine and staff both very pleasant and efficient. If you are staying to attend an event at the convention center the walk is about 25 minutes although it is an easy walk. '

'Room was clean and comfortable. The outside sitting area was nice at night to chill and hangout, although a staff member came through without saying a word to anyone turning off all the fire pits around 9 pm. It would have been nicer if they at least waited until 10 pm. The property is nice but definitely needs some updating and the elevators are very small. For the price we paid for our room I was expecting more.'

'I guess my only comment was that it is very crowded. It’s been over a decade since I stayed at the hotel Del and I was literally shocked at the expanse and how incredibly crowded it was.'
