The rooms have 'paper thin' walls in between so you can literally hear everything, sound isolating is non existent. I was in luck and had no noisy neighbor's for the entire stay of 4 nights.
I extend my room with 2 more nights, at the desk the overcharged me compared to Expedia and even there on website, it was not mutch but gives a bad feeling.

'Het hotel heeft een toplocatie in Taipei want het is heel dichbij een metrostation. De kamer was heel zuiver en goed uitgerust. Het ontbijt was ook goed verzorgd (Aziatisch en Europees). Het personeel was super vriendelijk. We kregen tips om dingen te doen in Taipei en waren geinteresseerd in de activiteiten van de dag. De persoon die ons hiermee zeer goed geholpen heeft was Zeny. Een zeer professionele en vriendelijke dame.'

'The most courteous staff in Taiwan! When my flight was cancelled and I was late for check out, they allowed me 1 extra hour. Also, the room was cozy, and the kitchen was beautifully stuffed with everything you can think of.

'K Hotel (aka Kodak Hotel on some American search engines) was perfectly situated in a very safe neighborhood. Easy access up and down to the rooms, you needed a fob to get on the elevator, which made it feel extra safe. The staff was incredible. They were super sweet and kind. We did not have the breakfast, but it looked really good. You do get free coffee in the lobby. I highly recommend this hotel and would stay there again if I ever come back. Very close to the MRT, within walking distance.'
