'Het hotel is echt een aanrader, vriendelijk personeel, goed eten en direct nabij de stad! Wij (6 personen) hebben ons uitstekend vermaakt in en rondom het hotel. '

'Loved this hotel. The staff were all very nice and helpful. The location is close to shops and restaurants. The included breakfast was amazing. Because of all the steps to the hotel lobby and your room, this hotel is not for those with mobility issues. My only complaint was the pillows that are too hard. In the end, it was a lovely place with awesome views. '

'Diamond suite was great , Renos and all members of this organization were excellent and accommodating. Would stay here again. Very convenient to Fira bus transit. Bags could be tricky at this property but Renos met us at the drop spot and handled everything. Great customer service. Meals each morning were exceptional served on our patio. Caldera views are wonderful. Quiet location just off the main tourist area. Did not have to contend with the cruise boat traffic experienced in Oia daily.'

'The staff were incredible (especially Joy). We were pampered and well taken care of. Everything was divine, and the Cosmopolitan Suites was the highlight of our entire trip to Greece. I could not recommend this hotel more. My girlfriend and I decided to splurge and spend a little extra for a nice hotel and our expectations were exceeded! I would recommend staying for breakfast and staying for the sunset (the cocktails were immaculate). We will be back again! '

'Had a lovely stay. I must have missed the parking situation when I booked - a short walk but can be cumbersome with luggage; thankful for the staff that met us and helped cart our luggage to the hotel. The views were stunning at all times of day. The communal pool was cold but so refreshing if you spent any time in the sun. We ate breakfast here both mornings of our stay and it was delicious. Overall it was a fabulous experience and I would stay here again should we return to Santorini.'
