'Our family of four stayed here for two nights, although we were hardly there. We used the pullout couch, which worked great for our needs. The place was clean and well-stocked with the basics. The kitchen met our needs, which we just used for morning coffee and muffins. This was the perfect location for visiting friends who were camping in Winchester Bay. Also, it is just two short blocks from the marina, which has some nice restaurant options. We enjoyed our fresh, locally farmed oysters...

'The architecture of the house, both inside and out, was gorgeous. It is really amazingly designed and very attractive, though old and needing some TLC at this point. There was no evidence of rodents like others mentioned in the past, but we noticed holes where they could get in.
