'We went to check after a long day. We always stay at this hotel normally for Flyers practice. Everyone knows us here and are always friendly. This one particular guy..we have had him twice now had no clue what he was doing. We got to the hotel late because i had same day surgery in Camden and decided to stay over. He couldnt find our reservation i have no idea why. We do it the same every time. I showed him my confirmation he still was confused. I was waiting patiently all groggy from surgery....

It was so quiet and you would never know you were in center city Philadelphia because you couldn’t hear any traffic.Service was excellent and very accommodating.
