Easy access to everything but as soon as you turned onto the street it was located in, it was very quiet and peaceful. A nice gentle hubbub from the restaurant below in the evenings but no loud noise. Was very surprised to hear the odd review claiming it was noisy?! Room was big enough for our 4 nights and spotlessly clean. Would highly recommend.'

'Very nice property tucked away in the Old Town where all the action is food and shopping wise! George and his staff were very very amenable and ready to make sure we loved our stay. Breakfast at the hotel restaurant was amazing! Great choice, fresh and generous portions. A couple of days we had early departures and George arrange for a takeaway breakfast option for us. 'We had an excellent stay at Porto Vecchio. The hotel itself is situated right in the old town about 2 streets back from the sea, in a pretty little corner on a lovely back street. As the old town is pedestrianised, we were dropped at the top of the main street by our taxi from the airport, 25 mins away, and had a short 5 min walk to the property. The reception is not manned at all times but someone was always at the end of the phone should you need any help and I believe, not far away either....

'Our experience at Thallos was amazing. Upon arriving Valia offered us cold drinks and a quick presentation of the city with a bunch of helpful suggestions on what to do. She worked really hard and made sure that our stay was as enjoyable as possible (f.e. borrowing sun umbrellas for the beach and bringing fresh muffins into our room). The room was as described and was cleaned everyday. Overall would really recommend this place!'
