'Pet friendly for a fee the pool wasn’t open till may. If your on the top floor just know you have to walk all the way down to the ground floor to vape or smoke other wise they charge a $250 smoking fee which is crazy to me. '

'The staff was helpful. They opened the pool early. But the room smelled very moldy. I’m not sure if it was just our room or others but I asked to change rooms and they were full. '

'The room size was great and everything was very clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The view of the river is not as it appears in the listing. It is only partially visible from the balcony on the back side units. It is nice to walk down to the sandy beach and out n the pier. We had a Deluxe room with a kitchen and it was really nice. Location is not far from the downtown area and only 1.5 miles free m the ferry port to Fort Fisher. We will probably go back in the future.'

'About what you would expect, rating is lower from me because of a billing issue that could have been avoided as well as a pipe running across the beach that makes it difficult for people with accessibility issues, that isn't the hotels fault but maybe prices should be adjusted if the view is going to include a three foot wide rusty brown pipe and a depressed-looking boardwalk. Still better than Myrtle Beach.'

'The room was not cleaned during our stay they provided 1 towel for 4 people. Ele ators were broken and was terrifying when riding. The gym equipment was broken.'

'Yes the property is pet friendly! The rooms are clean beds are very soft and u can tell the sheets and bedding are clean to sleep under! The pool is great my kids got to take a dip even tho it wasnt in season (only by a week) so they're really kid friendly as well!!'
