'Upon arrival we were familiar with the location as we have stayed in the area before. This place was very accommodating for our needs, as we had at one time 6 people (couple kids friends stayed over) and there was plenty of room. One of the kids checked and it is indeed 49 steps to the beach. 1 mile walk to the jetty and the other direction has a much larger beach park. Food is right across the street at Archies i think it is... Overall great location, nice place and courteous and attentive...

'I have no complaints at the overall property, but the room was majorly lacking. From the moment we walked in, the room smelled heavily of cigars or Black and Milds. I have severe allergies and it irritated my lungs/sinuses a great deal. The pictures posted on Vrbo made the room look significantly larger than it was, so that was a bummer. 'This rental is 1/2 of an old two bedroom condo. ROACHES are obvious in the evening I had to sleep with the lights on. Roaches, about 6-8 I saw my first night, and several fell from the vents. 'The hosts were very accommodating. We’re always there. They answered the phone quickly and offered us more than we asked for. I would recommend doing business with them and I would have stayed if I didn’t get my own place. The pictures don’t do it justice. It’s warm, friendly, and the neighborhood is cozy. Even the neighbors waved to you constantly and although I worked the majority of my stay, this is a place where I felt safe and welcomed day one to the end.'
