'The resort was OK. The food was good, but you could tell the property needed some updates for basic wear and tear. The worst part was the staff. Most ever unhelpful and just stood around, especially at check-in. When someone finally helped us, it was a sprint and they didn't even tell us about some of them perks they offered since it was our Honeymoon, that we found out about later. For me, I wouldn't go back because of the poor service.'

'Het hotel is aan de oudere kant en wordt slecht onderhouden. Personeel is heel lui en je moet heel veel geduld hebben. Dit is niet enkel in het hotel zo, maar overal op het hele eiland. Het ontbijt kun je buiten eten, maar je moet het eten in een gesloten kamer (aparte in en uitgang) gaan halen. Al het eten ligt in grote ijzeren bakken. De hele kamer is vrij vies. De bedden in de kamers zijn wat aan de harde kant en het water komt amper uit de douche. Internet is heel onstabiel. '

'Bel Jou was a beautiful property. Staff was helpful but in no rush to go out of their way to help you. The food was ok. Typical all inclusive food. No where to get snacks on the resort so pack your own Not much to do but relax. The shuttle was helpful to go to the beach and Castries market for shopping. Very peaceful and tranquil. If you just want to relax great place - no kids , super quiet. I would say it was beautiful but wouldn’t rate it wonderful.'

'I loved the view from the room, beautiful, and the personal balcony with the hammock. The room could've used a deep clean, but pretty clean to the naked eye. Casey was helpful, and ran me down to the store for there isn't any food close. The suites sits on very steep hills, so the use of a taxi is crucial.
